Hello! My name is Kristen Hansel I work for Greater Minnesota Family Services as a Mental Health Practitioner. My role is to provide therapy services to students during the school day. I typically will take them out of class for 30 minutes once a week. This can be adjusted to meet the students needs. I try to meet with them during playtime so they do not miss any valuable information in class. My goal is to help students identify and process their feelings so that they can grow and learn better at school and thrive in everyday activities. I have a person-centered therapeutic approach and enjoy using play and nature to lead our therapy sessions. I will be at Twin Lakes Elementary on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
